My path here has been anything but linear. I started on Broadway stages, then moved into studio marketing. I've worked on large, complex projects with teams led by people like Peter Jackson on The Lord of the Rings and with the late Professor Stephen Hawking. Those years taught me how to hold big ambition, real constraints, and human beings in the same conversation. That's the stance I bring to coaching.

Today I'm a Professional Certified Coach with training from the Hudson Institute, the International Coaching Federation, Gallup Clifton Strengths, and The Leadership Circle. The tools matter, but what drives the work is simple: I pay close attention to what makes you come alive and where your energy drains. That's our data.
